There is a surname and given name index in both documents which are available at the Dickson County Archives in Charlotte. I have almost completed abstracts of all the entries of the surnames DICKSON, JAMES and PARRISH. I can send those Word documents to anyone intested via an email attachment (no cost) but forewarn you they are fairly lenghty (especially DICKSON).
