    1. [TNDICKSO] [Forum:] More Pavatt questions
    2. The following new message has been posted on Forum at <http://www.tngenweb.org/dickson/webbbs/queries/index.cgi>. *************************************************************************** MESSAGE: (#1053) More Pavatt questions <http://www.tngenweb.org/dickson/webbbs/queries/index.cgi?rev=1053> AUTHOR: Sarah DATE: Saturday, 11 August 2007, at 12:52 p.m. I have been researching other things on my Connard T. Pavatte, since I can't find where he is buried, and it is obviously assumed that he died before his wife Rosanah remarried in March of 1851. However, according to a Family Tree archives search, there is a Conero Pavatt on the Civil War Union Soldiers Roll of Honor CD, so I searched a website on Civil War soldiers, found a Cornes T. Pavatt in the 17th Regiment Illinois Cavalry fighting for the Union. I found a cemetery in MO, where this regiment was in battle, and found Cornes F. Pavatt buried there May 11, 1864 where he died. I really think, and of course I am assuming, that this is my Connard T. Pavatt. First off, Pavatt is not a common name, Connard is not a common name, and the variations in the spelling in his first name could be errors in transcriptions. He is listed on a census record as Conero also. I also found land records for an Isaac Pavatt in St. Mary's, MD in the 1750, which is before the supposed original Isaac of Dickson Co., born Oct 1777, was born. There definately has to be a connection there. I found this on a St. Mary's website. A lot of pieces to the puzzle. I really believe he was the Isaac b. Oct 1777's son, since he named a son Isaac, there has to be a connection. Sarah *************************************************************************** This is an automatically-generated notice.
