These Sate Lines and Counties can really thru some one off as if they State they were from NC and were born before 1780 Good Chance they were in Washington Dist of NC now Sullivan, Hawkins and Greene Co. There is a baptist minister, last name of Choat listed in Lasher's Ministerial Directory at the Tennessee state Library and archives.
