Well, I know I may have driven many of you to tears with my queries on Matthew Gilmore ( my brick wall and I just can't lay down the hammer!) Since there hasn't been much action lately I thought maybe I would post the names of his siblings all of which did live in Dickson County at some time during their lives ( circa 1800-1850) in hopes that it might ring a bell with someone, so here goes----- Elizabeth Gilmore married George Davidson they had two children George and Jane Mary Gilmore married Alex Scott Jane Gilmore married James McCrory (McCrory Lane in Nashville is named for his father) William Gilmore-at one time lived on Barton's Creek Road James Gilmore John Gilmore And of course my Favorite MATTHEW GILMORE married Margaret Logan. My next question is not related to the Gilmore family but looking for information on Fannie Cooksey daughter of George T.Cooksey. Fannie married in the 1860's and was widowed and remarried in the1880's. Hope you all have a great night! Caroline
