My wife's ancestor was a fellow I call Dry Branch Hugh DICKSON. He does not seem to be related to Levin in any way but they both lived in Dickson County in the same era. My perception is that Levin lived near Charlotte whereas our Hugh DICKSON lived on Yellow Creek. I'm certain about the location of Hugh because we currently live on that land but I've not really tried to pinpoint Levin's land. Somewhere I have a record of Levin's son Richmond returning from Indiana (or was it Illinois?) to settle some of his father's estate. Source was Dickson County deeds as I recall. If you would like to discuss this further please feel free to contact me by email. You are probably aware of the relationship of this PARKER line to the massacre at Ft. Parker in TX and the abduction of Cynthia Ann PARKER and the birth of her son Chief Quannah PARKER. Russ James of Houston Co.
