I know that the Jennings name is also associated with my husband's Hudson family, some of whom came to Dickson County after, or maybe before, the American Revolution. There is a a Cary Byrd who married Christopher Hudson. I have an Elizabeth Jennings married to William Hudson in 1688 in VA. It is said that Cary Byrd is the daughter of Col.
