It says on page 89- Published in the Dickson Herald on April 12, 1912 Circuit Court in Session This Week Circuit Court convened here Monday morning with Judge W. L. Cook and and Attorney General J. B. Bowman in charge. Judge Cook, in his usual and impressive manner, charged the Grand Jury which was composed of the following gentlemen: Thomas Taylor, foreman; S. M. McElhiney, N. L. Manley, W. H. Baker, Sam Fielder, J. B. Burgie, C. J. Richardson, Oscar Mason, Albert DeBusk, J. M. Ridgeway, Charles Craun, Campbell McCutchen, T. J. Warren. The Regular Jury was composed of the following: James Walker, D. G. Adams, J. F. Tidwell, R L. Few, J. M. Corlew, J. W. Thomas, J. C. Coulter, N. J. Luther, Jones Martin, J. W. Martin, S. M.
