Joe, Thank you for suggesting that you would like to join the Dickson County Historical Society, although you live out of the area and would not be able to attend the meeting. I have already had one lady to tell me that the check was in the mail for dues although she lives out of the area. She wanted to support our efforts and that is appreciated. We do have a periodic newsletter. We are anticipating other things. Any and all support is appreciated.. You may send your dues to Dickson County Historical Society, P. O. Box 1922, Dickson, TN. 37056. The Society year runs as the calendar year January - December. At the present the dues are $15.00. When we get started with the Dickson County Historical Society Quarterly, there will have to be an increase in dues in order to pay for the expense of printing and mailing the quarterly.
