    2. Mollie, If you happen to find Elisabeth Tidwell Davidson McCaslin, would you snap a picture for me. I have been told she is buried in Slayton Cemetery,Montgomery Co. And then someone else said she was in Nicks or Nichols Cemetery. Thanks ever so much and have a good time. Mary

    3. Pat, Thanks for the thoughts.. I have really enjoyed having the Digital camera. It has paid for it's self over and over again. 2. Mollie, take advantage of having the camera. I made a real discovery from just taking pictures of tombstones with names that are remotely related to me through marriage or whatever. Last fall my sister and I went to Chattanooga, TN and visited the Sivley Cemetery to take pictures of our great grandparents graves, and hoped to find an infant that would have been our father's little baby sister. We ran into names that we knew had married into the family, so we snapped and snapped pictures. Since then I have had some time to place them where they belong into the family picture. Yesterday a relative, whom I have never met, received some family pictures from another source, and he e-mailed them to me. One of the pictures was a beautiful studio picture of a well dressed lady holding a little girl about 1 year old. I was told that the lady was MINNIE GODSEY, and her daughter ETHEL. MINNIE was my grandmother's sister. The story that was attached, was that the child named ETHEL, drowned in the creek when she toddled after her mother while they were getting water. It just so happened that I took a picture of MINNIE & TOM's tombstones at Sivley Cemetery, and guess what, I had also taken a picture of the little tombstone of ETHEL, with a little lamb on top. Now I have pictures of Mother and Daughter and also pictures of their tombstones, and I have a tragic story to go with them. You never know what will come from all those pictures you take, even though you may not know the connection at the time. Happy Hunting, I will be in Dickson in the fall, doing the same thing. It will be my first visit, so I will have a field day. Pat Durham McRae, in Indiana Researching: TRIMBLE, IVY, ELDER, HALL, FUSSELL, DURHAM, THOMPSON, & FLORA in TN & GA

    2. Hi Mollie, I'm still looking for Anderson White and family, also I'm a descendant of George & Suannah (Adams) Turner, if you see anything would love to have copies of anything there. Anderson White I think was in Humphrey most, but I have no idea where the two families and children over the years are buried. Gladly pay you too. Have a great vacation. 3. Hi Mollie, IF, while you are out and about in the Cemteries you should run across anything for John (b.abt.1786) and/or Sarah/Sally (b.abt.1791)Galloway, I would appriciate it if you would make a note of what is on the headstones. I don't know that they even died in Dickson, but the last census I have found them on is 1850 and they were living around Charlotte! Also if you should see a headstone for a ? Galloway (female) born between (1760-1770) please make a not of that. I don;t know the first name, but on the 1830 and 1840 census John had a lady born in that age bracket residing with him.
