Ann, I would like to make a correction to your line. Elizabeth Griffith, wife of Jonathan Griffith, was not the daughter of William Williams and Lucretia. William and Lucretia Williams had a daughter Betsy who married Matthew Griffin. This can be proven by the documents relating to the estate of William Williams and his children, deeds, court records, etc. I will be glad to share this proof with you.
