The Jubalee Burton age 28 in 1860 Jackson Co TN census died before 1870. His widow, Mildred Virginia Burton, raised their family in Jackson Co TN, she is in 1870 and 1880 as head of household. Mildred Virginia is then listed in the household of her son, (Jefferson "Jef" Davis Burton) in 1900, 1910 and 1920 Jackson Co TN.
