<Need information on a Lula Curtis that was a guest of Miss Belle Curtis as reported in "THE LIBERTY HERALD" newspaper dated February 7, 1900. Also need information on Miss Belle Curtis.> Miss Eva Belle Curtis is the daughter of Matthew & Elizabeth Curtis. Lula Curtis is the daughter of Mary Curtis. Mary Curtis married John Davis on 13 December 1899. She had Lula & Wesley Curtis living with her in 1900. They were listed as Step Children of John Davis. Belle and Lula were living in District 20, Dowelltown Township, in 1900. This is near Liberty. I don't feel that there is any other Curtis researcher on the DeKalb List.
