I never heard of the Edge family, but I do know that VanHooser bordered my Holcomb line in Warren Co. land deeds. Also my Holcomb married a Martha Newby. A big help to me with the Newby line is Bonita Mangrum of McMinnville. She is in the phone book & an expert on the Newbys, also her own line. She may even have something on the Edge group because I know that Geo. W. Newby was in her records.
