Thanks everyone for all the kind words. I really appreciate it--and it was tedious. Now, as well as going back with Our Neighbors to copy, I'm trying to edit all 600 pages, then index, so I can get it on a CD. Am going to order the film for the first few years of the Smithville Review tomorrow and will start on it fairly soon. Hope it won't take 4 years. Altho' when I started the Herald, I transcribed in longhand, then typed to computer at work. The last 6 months I have been able to type right to my laptop then send to Kay. Major improvement!!!!! Again, I appreciate hearing from all of you. BTW, We are starting a new project to have done before the Fair----World War II Veterans. Be looking for an announcement from Kay on what we want and be thinking of all the veterans you know. Later, Dale ----- Original Message ----- From: "Athol K.
