I am enjoying the old Dekalb Co. newspapers too. I read a bit of it every day. It's good to see more than just Liberty. There were a lot of districts & other communities of people. Does anyone have any info on the KELLY family in DeKalb Co, TN? I am looking for information on: Nathaniel KELLY, b. 1770, VA, d. aft 1850, DeKalb Co, TN married Elizabeth MANN Aug 14, 1798 in Campbell Co, VA. They had daughter, Nancy KELLY, who married Edward Welles EDGE. After she died, Edward married Delana (Delaney) RICKETTS. It is believed that Delana was a KELLY, the sister of Edward's first wife, Nancy, and that the name of RICKETTS was from a previous marriage. Hope someone can offer some help! Thanks! Ann Marie
