I have been trying to find the marriage record of my great grandparents. Their names are: William Thomas Ray and Samantha Pack. They both lived in the Belk area of DeKalb County. I have looked in DeKalb County, Warren and White Counties. They probably married about 1878. Has anyone come across this marriage? Ruby
