Hi, If you go to the TenGenWeb Decatur Co Page then choose State Resources and then newspapers, you'll find out about obaining newspapers on microfilm from the TN State Library. There is an index, but it is incomplete, there are other Decatur Co papers available such as the Parsons Newsleader. I have begun transcribing newspapers for Decatur Co.
