Does anyone have easy access to the 1900 Decatur county census or an index? My local library does not have this and their microfilm machine isn't working. I'm looking for a James H Montgomery and family. They are listed on the 1880 census livivng in 1st district in house #306. Correct me if I'm wrong but there is no 1890 census, right?
