Bear in mind that the subscribing and unsubscribing to this list is handled by a computer. It sometimes misinterprets what you want, if your server is having problems and not getting your mail to you it may decide to unsubscribe you, etc SO... if you get unsubscribed and didn't want to be, blame it on a dumb computer and just resubscribe.
