Marcia, I replying to your scream for help & I think you can elimate Benton Co., TN. I went thru 1850,1860,1870 & 1880 the only Bussell family ever here is William Bussell,born about 1797 in Va. & his wife, Ede,b.about 1804 in VA. only one child listed in 1850, Martha,b.1830 in Va. After 1850 Wm. & wife always without kids. In 1850 only his name is listed as Bustle, the rest Bussell. I just looked in 1840 & nothing ever close to Bussell, sorry. Wish I could help more. The small line that Brenda spoke of earlier is from a line that came in here later, about the 1930's or 40's. I knew them & best I can remember they moved to Benton Co., TN from Illinois.
