You do have to pay and as I recall, it takes 2-3 weeks for items to come in. Should also tell you I heard when I spoke to someone at funeral home in Decaturville that MR. JAMES ENGLAND, for lack of better word head man at Bank of Decatur Co. TN, supposedly had bank staff do location map of downtown Decaturville, using old deeds.
