Dear Red (?), I seem to have dropped in in the middle of your conversation......and I am sure there was more than one Hill family in TN,.but, maybe I have some Hill info that will help you. Do you know any of the lines from Rev. Green Hill of N.C.? (Refer Acklen Tennessee Records Vol 2). His grandson, Henry Hill Brown (son of Jeremiah Brown and Martha Hill) was in Decatur Co. area. I believe the Hill & Brown clans continued to connect.... Genealogical Abstracts from Tennessee Newspapers 1821-1828 has an item from 1825 in which H.H. Brown is reporting, "Lost between Col. Hill's and Lexington, a small bundle of notes......" Also,another son of Jeremiah & Martha's, Jordan Brown married Sarah Hill at Lebanon, Wilson Co. in 1830. Lynn N.
