He was born in 1898 in Scotts Hill. I am trying to find his parents and siblings. I will greatly appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

I check the 1900 and 1910 Decatur County, TN censuses and did not find a PICKENS family with a child named Robert William listed. If you have other suggestions where to look let me know and I will do some more searching.
