They were married on 17 Mar 1866 in Knox Co., TN. I don't know their exact birth dates, nor their death dates or where they died, nor where they are buried. William Howell was a Private in Company I, 19th Tennessee Calvary, C.S.A., Enlisted 10 Sep 1862, Clifton, Wayne Co., Tennessee. I don't have anything on their children.
