John Albert Carrington was born 30 Oct 1869 in Lake Co, TN. The son of of Dick Carrington and Lottie Myracle. He married 22 Feb 1894 to Lenora Reed who died 1 Aug 1920. He then married Selena (maiden unknown, 1st husband a Johnson). John died 5 Dec 1940 in Henderson Co, TN. He had no children by either wife, but reared 2 nephews, George and John Bailey and had 4 stepchildren - Athol, Adolphus, Sydney, and Riles Johnson.
