Marie >> Hi Marie, There appears to be two Fannie/Fanny Howell's from Perry Co., TN, Marie. One was Fannie Frances Keeling, born 18 May 1867, died 20 Mar 1922, buried Howell Cemetery, White Oak Creek community of Perry Co., TN. She was married to Laney H. (Lanny) HOWELL, son of Stephen HOWELL & Martha HOLDER. Laney was born 21 Oct 1864, died 12 Apr 1928, and is also buried in the Howell Cemetery. Stephen HOWELL is a brother to your gg grandfather, Henry HOWELL (Jr.) and my g grandmother Martha E. (HOWELL) EVANS. Their siblings were Jackson HOWELL; William H. HOWELL (he married a Julie SMITH); Seala HOWELL; and Susan HOWELL (married a Charles LINEBERRY). The other Fannie/Frances HOWELL is a daughter of Henry HOWELL, Jr. and Nancy Jane (STEELE) HOWELL. This Frances HOWELL married Joseph Adams CONWAY. Frances was born 30 Nov 1859, and she died before Sep 1886., and is buried in Prater's Chapel Cem., in Perry Co.
