Smith who was the 2nd wife of Richard Burrell Rushing. She was born 8-26-1942 in KY & died 2-22-1898. She may have been married before to a Dobbs or her maiden name may have been Dobbs. No Rushing researcher seems to know anything at all about her. Since 1/8 of my husband's ancestry comes from her, he would like to know her genealogy & background. Thank you.
