I am searching for anyone who would know about the marriage between D. BLANKENSHIP and Amanda A. RIGGS. They were married on August 6, 1891 in Decatur County, TN. Bondman was S. P. Loftin. My great grandmother's name was Amanda A. RIGGS and there is a possibility that this may be the same person. I would like to correspond with anyone having knowledge of this couple.
