Does anyone know what "leo" might mean in a birthplace. My gr-grandmother (Catherine Jane ESSARY) was born in Decatur Co. Under her birthplace on my grandfather's birth certificate it says "Decatur leo Tenn" Any ideas? Mike Laws St. Louis, MO
