B. age 14 Julia P. A. L. 12 James M. 10 District 18 was in the northeast corner. It bordered Decatur, Carroll, and Benton counties. In the same district, household # 64 living with James M. Carey age 24 and his wife Cynthia J. age 17, is William A. Akin age 18. Wish I could help unravel your mystery!
