I am not aware of an Allie Smith buried at Decaturville City Cemetery. At Decaturville City Cemetery is an Allie Stout, wife of Edd Stout, who was Allie Tuck, daughter of William H. Tuck and Emily J. White. Given that Allie died more than 30 years after Edd she may have married twice, second time to a Smith. An obituary might let you know. The White family is a Scotts Hill line out of the Hardin Co.
