While indexing old newspapers of Van Buren County, Arkansas I ran across an obituary for George L. Rogers. He was born April 18, 1847 in Henderson Co., Tennessee to A.J. & Mary Rogers. He died Feb. 8, 1935 at the age of 87 years, 9 months and 20 days. He moved to Van Buren County in 1854. I'm not related to the Rogers family that I know of but have seen it mentioned on the Henderson/Decatur County list before. Hope this helps out someone. Donnie
