Barber-his name was Zibe, uncertain about his middle name-David and Davidson have been given, but he had a brother named David, as well. A.C. was Arilla Caroline Wyatt. Zibe's parents were Thomas Barber and Martha Edwards. Thomas and Martha and Zibe's siblings came to Arkansas around 1855. Zibe and Caroline stayed in Tennessee until 1874, possibly to help take care of Caroline's mother. I am descended from Amos Reynolds (Zibe's son), William Amos, Marshall Reed, Sarah Ann Barber Shilts, Cindy Shilts Treadway. I haven't been able to get further back than Thomas, although I do have Martha's line. I don't have anything concrete to back up her lineage, but so many family stories have been passed down, all saying the same thing about who her parents were, so I've put it in with the disclaimer that I have no concrete proof.
