I've "rescued" a group of ROWLAND Family photographs (17 total) and two photograph albums as well. The group of 17 loose photographs include the following people and based on limited research I've included some additional information that I discovered regarding the family and those in the photographs: Delta ROWLAND . Dr. Delta Eulita or Eulilla ROWLAND was b. Dec 1883 in IL to parents Christian ROWLAND (1855-1935) and Sarah Eulila LICHTY (1857-1902). She died in 1941 in Yakima Co. WA and is buried in the Old Sunnyside Cemetery in Sunnyside, WA Grace ROWLAND and Clifford FRANKS at Lainesville about 1906 . Clifford G. FRANKS was b. 17 Sept 1888 in Brookville, IL to parents George FRANKS and Margaret or Catherine COWAN or COWEN. He married Hazel M. CLOTHIER or CLOSHIER (b. 1888 to parents Will CLOTHIER or CLOSHIER and Della HAWES) on 6 Oct 1909 in Kane, IL. Clifford d. 19 Aug 1936 in Chicago, IL and is buried in the Fairmount Cemetery in Polo, IL. He was living in Nashville, TN when he registered for the draft in 1917. Grace Darling ROWLAND was b. 4 Jul 1888 in Lanark, IL to Christian ROWLAND and Sarah LICHTY as noted below. She married Clayton SPECK (b. 3 Sept 1885) on 28 Nov 1908. IL to parents Isaac ROWLAND (b. 10 Apr 1820 in Hagerstown, MD-1894) and Mary Ann STITZEL (b. 21 Aug 1825 in Greencastle, PA-1892). He had a brother David ROWLAND (1849-1933) and two sisters, Loretta ROWLAND b. 3 Dec 1860 and Elizabeth ROWLAND b. 1852. Sarah Eulila "Sadie" LICHTY was b. 14 Dec 1857 in Somerset Co. PA to parents Samuel J. LICHTY (1827-1907) and Catherine MILLER (1827-1911). She was one of 6 children born to this couple including, Mary Mollie; William S.; Daniel S.; Sarah; Albert M.; and Annie LICHTY. She and Christian had five children, Delta E.; Christian Earl; Grace Darling; Samuel Joy; and Charles ROWLAND. Sadie died 27 Feb 1902 in Lanark, IL and is buried in the Lanark City Cemetery in Lanark, IL. After Sadie's death Christian married Sarah MILLER HARRINGTON. Minnie HARRINGTON SKILES and Grace ROWLAND SPECK BOOSE . Minnie Burbus HARRINGTON was b. 1886 in IL to William HARRINGTON (b. 1846) and Sarah Herrington MILLER (b. 1855). Minnie was one of 5 children born to this couple including, Daniel W.; Annanetta; Mary; Minnie B.; and Samuel J. HARRINGTON. Minnie married Oral SKILES (1884-1979) and together they had two children including a son Robert H. SKILES (1915-2008). Minnie died 25 Apr 1980 in Freeland, WA Delta ROWLAND - infant Delta ROWLAND - teens Mrs. ROWLAND and unidentified women Joy ROWLAND and Grace ROWLAND Christian ROWLAND and Family including Earl, Delta, Samuel Joy, and Grace Darling, and Sadie . Christian Earl ROWLAND was b. 30 Mar 1885 in Carroll Co. IL to parents Christian ROWLAND (1855-1935) and Sarah Eulila LICHTY (1857-1902). He married Aleta M. STEVENS (b. 1887) and together they had two children, a daughter, Emily Euleta ROWLAND b. 1908 and a son, Rexford Earl "Rex" ROWLAND (1913-2002). He married a second time to Alice May THAYER (1875-1967). Christian Earl died in 1960 in Yakima Co. WA and is buried in the Old Sunnyside Cemetery in Sunnyside, WA. Dr. Samuel Joy ROWLAND was b. 13 Nov 1890 in Lanark, IL to the same parents and married Emma or Edna C. or Norma GEORGE (1892-1967) on 13 May 1915 in Sunnyside, WA. The couple had 4 children including, Samuel John; Madeline Joy; George Keith; and Romona Claire ROWLAND, all born between 1915 and 1929. Samuel Joy died 15 May 1929 in Yakima Co. WA and is buried along with family members in the Old Sunnyside Cemetery in Sunnyside, WA. Hazel WILD, Grace ROWLAND, and Aleta STEVENS . Hazel Eleanor WILD was b. 8 Apr 1888 in Lanark, IL to parents William Greason WILD (1859-1936) and Anna Dorothea "Annie" HARMAN (1863-1944). Hazel was one of 4 children born to this couple including, Claude Monroe; Hazel; Marjorie Anna; and Hellen or Helen Elizabeth WILD, all born between 1886 and 1900. Hazel married Charles Cornelius LAFFERTY (1890-1947) and together they had three boys including, Charles Arlington; James Robert; and John William "Jack" LAFFERTY, all born between 1910 and 1927. Hazel died 25 Oct 1969 in Chelan, WA.
