Hi Debie, Many Thanks for responding to my message. I was hoping you would, as through the years you have been a golden resource on this list for Davidson county researchers. I'll follow up on your suggestion and phone Metro Nashville Archives. ----- The reason I'm focused on the guardianship records for Davidson county, is because I saw how informative they could be for Williamson county, TN. I had looked on the TSLA web page for published local records for Williamson county and saw several guardianship books written by Albert L. Johnson. When I searched on Google for - Hughes, Williamson County, Tennessee, genealogy - it brought up some of his books as previews, where I could see entries for surnames I'm interested in. I didn't see any published guardianship books for Davidson county. ------ I'll phone Metro Nashville Archives and find out if they have any guardianship records and which years and how to get someone to search them for me. Thanks again, Valerie Gibbs ------ On 01/29/15, Debie Cox wrote: I no longer work for Metro Nashville Archives and I don't have access to Davidson County records.
