Yes I talked to the nicest man yesterday. He was the one that told me it was possible and to contact the Attorney General's office. It's much easier in Alabama. Their HIPPA runs out after 70 yrs. I was able to get 43 years worth of records from Bryce in Tuscaloosa on my GGF including all the letters his wife wrote him and his attempts to answer, all the medical info. It was the most amazing cache of info I ever got.
