    1. Re: [TNDAVIDS] John Orr of Sumner Co., Tn. and William Orr of Davidson Co., Tn., Are They Kin
    2. Hi Tony, We meet again. I forgot one piece of info when I posted this last night. WILLIAM ORR was also in the 1794 tax list in SUMNER county for 200 acres. So, it looks like he was back and forth between Davidson and Sumner counties. I don't know if he and my JOHN ORR are kin but they and a ROBERT OAR are the only ones I see in my area. I don't think anyone knows for certain but we think JOHN ORR might have a birthdate of ca 1750 as he died in 1798 in Sumner County and his wife FRANCES unknown died in 1813. There is only an inventory on him with no will. in Sumner in 1814 after Frances died.. I know what your taking about on county formations. That would include Walkers Line between Sumner County and Allen Co Ky. Some of my lines were in both. Thanks for answering.. Now I need to find out where my JOHN ORR and this WILLIAM ORR were before coming to TN. .. and ROBERT ORE.
