    3. I think a lot of people who have family buried at the cemeteries behind Dell Computer may have to go this route. There is a white cemetery and an African-American cemetery there for those who died at the old Central State Mental Hospital. My great-grandfather, James Lawson Steele, died there in 1919, and Dell refuses to allow anyone back there, despite State law regarding access to cemeteries.  ________________________________ From: jj <jj@tampabay.rr.com> To: di@montanapets.org; tndavids@rootsweb.com Sent: Saturday, January 26, 2013 8:48 AM Subject: Re: [TNDAVIDS] court order Sounds like they meant the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that pertains to public access to government records. You have to make a written request and they have so many days to respond. Google for more information. I was told today that several have successfully done it in TN. He suggested I call the AG's office for more info. as to whether I have to be there in person or not or what the process is. Would love to hear if anyone else has done this. 3. Has anyone thought of a newspaper article about the problem? Surely Dell doesn't want negative press.
