I don't recognize any of the Armstrongs mentioned but for anyone researching Armstrongs, if you have ancestry, this is my husband's brick wall: http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/15365304/person/1349307725 John Morgan Armstrong I have a rock solid paper trail to him. Many think Lt. Robert Armstrong was his father with an earlier marriage to Jane Van Arsdale which is still showing on my tree but I am increasingly convinced he is not the father of John Morgan Armstrong. Still hoping to find a direct male Armstrong descendent of Lt. Robert Armstrong to compare to my husband. If anyone researching Armstrong's sees anyone familiar, would love to hear from you.
