Rhoda Ann SIMPKINS b Tennessee February 12, 1812 Married Greene Wesley DUKE. Rhoda Ann's parents were: Ormand Allen SIMPKINS and Nancy REAVES who were married in Davidson County December 27, 1815 (Marriage Bk 1, page 12). He was the son of Joseph SIMPKINS who in 1799 came with his family to Davidson County from North Carolina. Joseph had at least two other sons: Joseph, Jr and Thomas. Ormand Allen SIMPKINS died in 1857. His will was recorded in Davidson County will book 17, page 260. Can anyone help me with this family?
