John Samuel CLARK (1828-1887) born in Davidson County, Tennesse, reared near Louisville, Kentucky and died in Lamar Co. Texas, July 24, 1887. He was a lawyer and practiced in or near Dallas. He was wounded by a ticked off cattle rustler in court after winning a judgement against him, and was also wounded in the Civil War. He married Margaret Emily Hicks in 1865. I am looking for the parents and siblings of John Samuel CLARK. Looking for a CLARK in TN and KY is like looking for that proverbial "needle in the haystack." Any info would be much appreciated.
