I am researching Roberta Elin Shelby GROSMAIRE (1906-1978). She was married to Frank Grosmaire and they lived in Nashville. Their daughter is Sara Sue Grosmaire. Sara Sue and Roberta are descendants of Capt Robert S. PAYNE and Susan GOLD. An entry was placed by these ladies in the book Confederate Patriot Index 1924-1978, Vol II published by the Tenn. Div.
