Greetings all. Seeking information regarding my gggrandfather Newell C. Tomkins, born July 7, 1825 in Nashville. He later married Elizabeth Briggs in the city of Towanda, PA (November 24, 1846) and settled there. Any information about his family or circumstances would be greatly appreciated.
