Hi, Draper's Meadow is a place name in Old Frederick Co. VA., but I don't know the precise location. A William Draper is mentioned in the book by Cecil O'Dell I take it you are probably referring to the Draper Manuscripts. This is a vast set of books, that contains much genealogical and historical data on frontier America. Check with your local LDS library for info. on obtaining data from them.
