Would anyone have any information on the family of the THOMAS DENTON, who was a signer of the Cumberland Compact in 1780? I am looking for the family of a JAMES DENTON, b. 1806, in Tennessee. He was in Williamson County in 1860 census, but I can find no other records on him. I was wondering if there is a possibility if he was connected to Thomas Denton.
