Is anyone doing research on a Thomas and Elizabeth Homes/Holmes or a John A. and Mary M. Holmes Thomas and John were born about the late 1700s and came to Tennessee before 1831. I heard Thomas' first wife died upon arriving in America.. so it might show Thomas and Betsey. They had a son Thomas Armstrong in Robertson County TN in 1831. I'm just not sure through what area they lived before getting there. They also seemed to be around the Parkers..g f:Charles, f:Allen and son Jesse..Thomas Armstrong married Susan Jane Parker, daughter of Jesse and Sarah Elizabeth (Clinard) Parker.
