Most likely was Central State Mental Hospital. My great grandfather spent 33 years there until his death of old age. I have called previously about seeing or asking questions abt his records. The lady I spoke with was over the records department and she stated that the "records were destroyed that were prior to 1970." I suspect they still have some that once were microfilmed but then again those may have also been tossed. Can't think of the name of the hospital now.
