    3. I see that Martha and her children were living in Ward 19 of Nashville in 1900. Since they were living in the city itself, they will be listed in the Nashville City Directory, with their address and occupation. You have narrowed down Mahlon's death to just a few years, so finding the family in the years preceding 1900 should tell you which years Mahlon was with them, and what year he was no longer with them. You can request lookups in the Nashville City Directories, one year at a time, from the Metro Archives of Nashville and Davidson Co. TN. For ordering instructions, go to http://freepages.history.rootsweb.com/~nashvillearchives/researchpolicy.html Kathleen in CA ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, January 25, 2007 11:51 AM Subject: Re: [TNDAVIDS] Mahlon Jones > Mahlon L Jones to Elizabeth Nelms should be the parents of the Mahlon I > am working on. 2. I am trying to find an obit from 1959 for my great grandmother who passed away in a nursing home in Nashville. Does anyone here know where I might be able to locate that information? Thanks in advance!
