I would like to order death certs for gggrandparents, James Willis Richardson and Rhoda Dora Alexander Richardson but need to narrow the dates. James was on the 1920 census but not 1930 and Dora was on the 1930. Does TN have an index for the 20' and 30's? Thank you for any help. Linda King lking@skinsurv.com
