Here is what I know: Nancy Ann Elliott was born in 1825 in Virginia and had a sister Harriet who married a Dr. Reese. Their grandfather fought with George Washington. She moved to Kentucky, near Fulton. It is thought that all her children were born there. The family connections mentioned are BERRY, WALKER, GREEN, ELLIOTT, GORIN. Nancy married John Sweeney Butler. He died before reaching Texas, where the family moved after the Civil War when the T & P railroad went through. Nancy and John's children are: Ben, Laura Elizabeth and her twin Susan, Martha "Mat", Ford, Cade, Price, Jock, Ferdinand, and one other son. Laura Elizabeth married Mr. Williams and had two daughters: Versia and "Lockie" and later married Mr. Linn Susan married Alfred Walker Martha married Mr. Gorin and had 4 children SO.....to answer your question, there are several ways we could be related to the LEMMONS.
